Position Purpose: **Technical background in a diverse set of skills in various trades to include electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems for an Integrated Facilities Management Company within the scope of work to support the customer
Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment in accordance with established schedules and protocols.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with team members and management to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the company system.
· Assist in the installation new equipment when required.
· Conduct safety inspections and comply with all relevant safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
· Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and keep up to date with industry advancements.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a maintenance role within an Integrated Facilities Management Company or a similar field.
· Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and maintenance.
· Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a maintenance environment.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, as well as operate diagnostic tools effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and management.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed to support the customer.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.**
· Five years plus experience in Industrial Maintenance related duties**
· Working Knowledge of PLC programming and controls systems is a plus**
· Mechatronics experience is a plus**
· Valid Driver’s License Required**
· Work as part of a team as an Essential Worker**
- Flexible with work task and schedule to include nights, weekends and on-call after hours to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Computer skills and working Knowledge of iPad and Work Orders.

· Ability to stand and or walk 8-12 hours per day
· Required to reach with hands/arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
· Vision: close, distance, peripheral depth perception and adjust focus
