POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Leader Tech's products and drive business growth. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns and materials, managing digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, working with outside marketing resources, coordinating trade shows, and developing a marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collaterals.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Co-ordinate with outside SEO company for ads with Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
Proficient at managing multiple marketing projects and marketing team
Optimize Pay Per Click campaigns
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, follow-through email sequences, email newsletters, online forms, workflows
Training ChatGPT model for marketing content
Maintain brand integrity

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 years in a marketing environment with proven work experience in marketing, preferably a similar role.

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel & PowerPoint.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Results-oriented mindset and the ability to meet deadlines.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a member of the Quality Management System, quality procedures, requirements, work instructions, and other required documentation must be followed.

Team members are responsible to be aware of the company's quality policy and quality objectives to support the improvement projects and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Works primarily in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential with moderate noise.

Required to utilize personal protective safety equipment were designated in the facility.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
