What does a day as a Legal Clerk look like?

As a member of the Legal team, you may perform a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating the legal workflow and contract lifecycle processes
• Participating in record and funds production requests
• Providing administrative support for the legal team
• Organizing and maintaining legal records
• Communicating with members and/or legal professionals

What is the schedule?  Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.

Does your skillset and experience line up?  For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of related experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A high attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and adhere to strict confidentiality
