Sales Team Assistant
Leaders RPM is a third-generation family-owned dealership that has delivered an exceptional level of customer service for marine and powersports enthusiasts since 1982. We are Southwest Michigan’s largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
Leaders RPM is looking for a Yard Porter, Product Coordinator to support our sales team.
Requirements
- Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain one) with clean driving record
- Experience pulling and backing trailers
- Experience operating boats, must have a Boater's Safety Certificate
- Product knowledge/experience using products that we sell (ATV, UTV, boats, jet skis, etc.)
- Great Customer Service skills
- Computer Experience - Microsoft Word & Excel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for picking up/dropping off units.
- Assist with unit accessary assembly (windshields, bumpers, wenches, etc.), new and used boat prep and shirk wrapping.
- Assist with showroom management and maintenance.
- Manage the organization of units stored outside.
- Assist with customer pickups and walk through unit features with customers.
