Leaders Staffing Auburn is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our clients dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, knowledge and experience with power tools and hand tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards, testing products and packing final products as needed.
Duties
- Assemble various components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate small power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Meet production goals and deadlines.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow within the factory setting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an assembly role within a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or assembly instructions.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Schedule
- 4 Day week
- 10 hour shift.
- 4:00am to 2:30pm
