Job Description: As a Molding, Bonding and Finishing employee on all shifts at Teijin Automotive Technologies, you will have the opportunity to join a growing production team and make a difference in our company's success. Your responsibilities will include producing parts by loading molding material into presses using standardized work instructions, starting machines, monitoring operations, and recording operational data. Additionally, you will perform detailed dimensional inspection of work product to identify potential defects and prepare molded components for prime and paint operations, including de-flashing and detailing to customer specifications through the use of hand and/or power tools. You will also notify your Supervisor when defects exceed acceptable limits or when major equipment malfunctions occur.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required.
