Job Summary:
Leadership Prep School is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Multi-Function Project Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources, IT Manager, and other District Leadership. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and administrative efficiency within multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Support (District Leaders)
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in coordinating district-wide academic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality on all executive matters.
HR Project Support (Director of Human Resources)
- Assistance with and facilitates human resource processes at all business locations.
- Assist with Employee, Substitute hiring and termination process (pre-boarding, onboarding, and off boarding terminations).
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Maintain and organize department records, documents, and reports.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of required documentation.
- Functional use of HR/Payroll system.
Systems Support (IT Manager)
- Account management for District
- Track and manage district resources.
- Functional support of district systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with school district policies, testing procedures, and compliance requirements preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting within a school district administration building.
- Occasional travel to school campuses may be required.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $35,000.
