Overall purpose of the position:
Leadership Stark County is seeking a Program Manager to lead, manage, and support programs and activities that contribute to the success of both Leadership Stark County and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Candidates should be passionate about cultivating learning and development, as well as connecting and enhancing the vibrancy of our community. This role requires close collaboration with the Executive Director and the many vital organizations in our area.
Position Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and implement both new and existing programs in coordination with the Executive Director.
- Coordinate logistics and assist in the planning of Signature and Youth Leadership Academy program days.
- Cultivate an atmosphere of learning and growth on program days by asking probing questions and creating impactful activities for the class members.
- Assist in managing participants, volunteers, and speakers for Leadership Stark County programs.
- Track program participation, collect feedback, and help evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and creating reports.
- Represent Leadership Stark County and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce at community events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote programs.
- Document program activities using social media, email recaps, and photography.
