We are searching for a motivated Director of Emergency Services for an acute care facility in Tallahassee, Florida!
Tallahassee, the capital of Florida, has a rich history that dates back to its establishment in 1824, serving as the state capital since then. The role of the Director of the Emergency Services Department assures service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
What qualifications will you need:
- 3-5 years Minimum of RECENT (within the last year) Director of LARGE ACUTE CARE ED experience. Needs to have steady experience- not a lot of job changes with short stents. With proven track record of improving metrics, patient experience, etc. Might consider a strong manager at a larger ER/hospital if they are running it more as the director.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Salary Base: $115K-$145K Leadership Bonus Program Included!
