We are seeking a motivated Director of Surgical Services for an acute care facility in Lewiston, Idaho!
McMinnville, Oregon, founded in the mid-1800s, is known for its rich agricultural history, particularly in the wine industry, as it lies in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country. The town boasts a charming historic downtown with well-preserved buildings, boutique shops, and renowned restaurants, making it a popular destination for food and wine enthusiasts. Visitors are drawn to McMinnville's proximity to the beautiful Oregon Coast and nearby vineyards, along with its connection to aviation history as the home of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, home to the famous Spruce Goose.
The People Services Director (PSD) is a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing people services initiatives. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy and procedures; and managing a team of professionals. The Director of HR reports directly to the hospital CEO.
What qualifications will you need :
High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Bachelor’s degree - Required
Master's degree - Preferred
PHR / SPHR X Preferred
Five years of progressive HR / PS experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development and Compensation Management preferably in the healthcare industry.
Supervisory experience overseeing various HR / PS support roles preferred.
Recent Union experience
Salary Base : $110K-$145K (Bonus and Relocation)
