We are seeking a motivated Director of Surgical Services for an acute care facility in Lewiston, Idaho!
Lewiston, Idaho, is steeped in rich history as the historic meeting place of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in 1805, and it became a pivotal settlement during the westward expansion. Nestled at the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake Rivers, it offers stunning natural beauty and is a gateway to outdoor adventures, including hiking, fishing, and river cruises. With its charming downtown, vibrant arts scene, and proximity to the Lewis-Clark Valley's wineries, Lewiston attracts visitors seeking both history and adventure.
This position oversees approximately 50 FTE's (RN, CST, Anesthesia Tech, CNA, Clerical staff). The Operating Room is equipped with seven (7) operating suites and state of the art surgical technology. We are proud to be home of a VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution and the da Vinci Xi Surgical System providing robotic-assisted surgery by Intuitive. There are many surgical specialties housed here at SJRMC, such as, general surgery, neurology, neurology-spine, orthopedics, orthopedic-spine, obstetrics, gynecology, ear-nose-throat, and podiatry, just to list a few.

What Qualifications Will You Need
- Three to four years of experience in Surgical Services
- Prior Management experience
- BSN or Bachelor of Science in a related field
- Current licensed in the state of Idaho, or licensure eligible
- BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
- AORN certified or eligible
- Must have understanding and experience in Sterile processing, sterilization and decontamination procedures.
- Preferred: Masters degree preferred
