Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality care and services
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a history of successful surveys
- Drive financial and operational efficiency, focusing on budget management and revenue growth
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and staff engagement
- Develop and implement innovative programs to enhance resident experience and outcomes
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Illinois (in good standing)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Proven track record of successful survey outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budget management
- In-depth knowledge of Illinois state regulations governing long-term care
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
