The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, finance, and regulation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and driving financial success.
The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing and implementing innovative programs to enhance resident experience and outcomes. They will also establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of regulatory compliance and successful surveys

Requirements:
- Active NHA license in the state of Illinois (in good standing)

- Proven track record of successful survey outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budget management
- In-depth knowledge of Illinois state regulations governing long-term care
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
