Executive Director of Landscaping
Here’s what you are walking into :
An established book of business - maintaining the landscaping for 6 of Columbus’ most beautiful and modern Senior Living communities
Access to an existing HR, business office, and recruiting team
You’d be responsible for :
- Client Satisfaction :
o Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
o Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
o Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
o Seek new potential clients to grow the business
o Obtain new contracts
o Hands on leadership of a crew – maintaining the landscaping needs of local communities (mowing, mulching, flower beds, etc).
o Manage day to day logistics
o Manage expenses
