Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Leadership and Oversight
- Patient Care and Safety
- Staffing and Resource Management
- Emergency and Crises Management
- Quality Improvement and Compliance
- Communication and Reporting
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.
- License/Certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Idaho nursing license or Compact State license.
- CPR (Clinical Staff Only)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) required.
- TNCC preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital or a smaller rural hospital setting is highly preferred.
