Skilled Nursing Facility Director
A leading provider of senior care is seeking a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator to lead their large, high-performing facility in LaGrange, IL. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing and implementing innovative programs to enhance resident experience and outcomes. They will also establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of regulatory compliance and successful surveys

Requirements:
- Active NHA license in the state of Illinois (in good standing)

- In-depth knowledge of Illinois state regulations governing long-term care
