What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Leading Edge Credit Union?
Leading Edge Credit Union, a growing financial institution in SW MN, is seeking to add a branch manager to our Jackson, MN branch! Our hours are Monday – Friday because we understand the importance of having your weekends free for family and friends! As branch manager, you will supervise and be responsible for all day-to-day branch operations to ensure they are run efficiently while maintaining superior member relations. You will play an integral part in the growth and development of the branch while developing and maintaining member and community relationships. As a valuable member of the management team, your opinions and ideas for growth are respected and matter. You will track and report business development activities while analyzing opportunities to increase the membership base. If you are a self-starter, community focused, have an outgoing personality, a professional demeanor, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships, we want you on our team! College degree preferred and/or 3-4 years of related experience within the financial institution industry.
