Voyage is seeking a highly motivated and a local Vermillion, SD community member individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Vermillion branch. As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring delivery of outstanding member service, and driving business growth. What You Will Do:

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set performance expectations to provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Branch Operations and Service

• Monitor branch operations to ensure exceptional member service delivery at all times.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Directs preparation of branch reports detailing transaction and cross-sell activities and any other reports as requested by the VP.
• Oversee and maintain equipment of the branch
• Manage the approved vendor list to maintain and upkeep the branch.
• Able to open all deposit accounts.
• Monitors attainment of established sales goals for the credit union’s products and services, and establishes standards to ensure quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Lending Support

• Gather background information on loan applicants by interviewing loan applicants and obtaining credit reports.
• Approve or deny loan applications
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
• Maintain loan files for proper documentation including proof of insurance and collateral
• Responsible for collection activities as assigned.
• Oversee and administer IRA accounts for accuracy and compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversee Member Service Representative I and Member Service Representative II

What You Will Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar or related position with supervisory experience.
• Currently a local member within the Vermillion, SD community

Wage:

$55,000-70,000, plus incentives. Wage is dependent on experience.
