We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients. What You'll Be Doing

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will :

  • Process payroll for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every cycle.
  • Provide outstanding customer service , addressing client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks that contribute to the seamless operation of our processes.
  • Support the operations team as needed.
  • Attend off-site onboarding events to enhance client relationships and better understand their needs.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with the following qualifications :

Technical Skills

  • Experience using payroll systems / tools such as ADP, Peoplesoft, Paycheque, isolved (preferred but not required-we will train the right candidate).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • A friendly personality that fosters positive client interactions.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) -essential for serving our diverse client base.
  • Education & Experience

  • Two-year diploma in human resources, payroll, business administration, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
