Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Kissimmee, FL (Leading Solutions HQ)
Participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
Specific tasks include:
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule in person interviews.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and/or e-mail.
- Assist the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Conduct candidate reference checks.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of new hire paperwork for all potential candidates.
- Support and maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Support and track all open positions and status of hire.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Promotes the company’s reputation as “excellent place to work.”
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- Must possess a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a professional office environment with an emphasis on administrative support.
- Must have skills in close reading and comprehension and must be able to complete assignments. independently, using sound judgment in applying broad guidelines to specific cases.
- Must have the ability to and present information and ideas in clear and concise terms.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound skills in written and oral communication is a must.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
