POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter evaluates candidates and builds networks of potential hires. Develops and post job listings in order to recruit high-level talent, using social media and other web-based services to network and identify high-performing applicants for jobs within an organization. Brand expert and ensures this is communicating in our recruiting process.

Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience.
Experience : At least 3 years of hospitality recruiting experience and knowledge. Understanding of staffing and selection, legal compliance, etc.
Computer Skills : Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media
Other Requirements : Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business.
