LTC is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. This role will be responsible for handling front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers/clients in a welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages, as necessary.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff.
Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining office records and databases.
Assist with administrative tasks including making employee badges and office supply inventory.
Provide support for special projects or tasks as needed by management.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday 7:00am – 11:00am
