We are seeking an experienced medical director to join our team at the Willimantic site, where you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care services, including physical exams, therapeutic and surgical procedures, patient education, and continuity of care. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Quality Officer to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a family medicine/internal medicine residency program. Board certification or eligibility in family medicine/internal medicine. Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut. Possession of Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses. Strong leadership and communication skills.
