Great way to gain experience and career path into Leadership opportunities.Our ideal candidate would have hospice experience and 2 years or more of RN acute experience.We visit our patients in their home or facility.This position reports to the AVP of Operations and will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary.Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family.Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care.Case manage all assigned patient clinical records.About YouRegistered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment.A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health.
