The National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) is hiring a regional team member to focus on the New England Area. The main objective of the role is to execute NFSA's mission within this area by fostering positive relationships with association members, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include :
- Member Relations : Building and maintaining positive relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the fire sprinkler industry.
- Engagement and Retention : Developing strategies to improve member experiences, engaging members in association activities, and retaining membership.
- Event Coordination : Organizing and coordinating membership events, ensuring they align with the association's goals.
- Communication and Collaboration : Facilitating effective communication between the members, local chapters, and the Area Directors, and collaborating to meet the association's objectives.
- Government Relations : Involvement in promoting the association's interests in government relations.
The role emphasizes making connections, motivating others, and achieving results through engaging communication and teamwork.
