We are seeking an Integrated Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives for various clients. This role requires strong project coordination skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to oversee multiple marketing projects, from website development to multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance multiple priorities.
- Project Coordination: Assist in executing website development and marketing projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, functions, and processes.
- Planning & Execution: Support the development of project plans, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, quality assurance, and quality control.
- Communication & Risk Management: Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration & Support: Facilitate coordination between internal teams, including Account Executives (AEs) and other team members, to streamline communication and project execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows, automate processes, and enhance efficiency.
- Standardization & Best Practices: Help establish and refine project coordination practices, templates, and tools to support Leadline’s growth and efficiency.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Ability to work with mixed teams of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project coordination processes, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Controlling, and Close.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Comfortable working with marketing technologies and platforms.
- Experience in Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or website development.
Work Hours and Benefits: This job is onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Office environment with occasional travel required for client meetings.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the role.
