- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid social, digital ads, content).
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, targeting high-value prospects with personalized campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with sales priorities and business objectives.
- Assist in developing and managing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Optimize landing pages, email sequences, and lead scoring models to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure a seamless transition of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through collaboration with the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, SQL conversion rates, ROI) using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other Martech platforms.
- Provide real-time reporting and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimizations to maximize impact.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide data-driven insights and ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue goals.
- Assist in developing and distributing marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content to aid in lead conversion.
- Maintain consistent, business-focused messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, email sequences, landing pages, and sales decks.
- Align content with Leadline’s straightforward, no-nonsense communication style, focusing on business results over fluff.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging, high-quality assets.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in performance marketing, demand generation, or corporate marketing.
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on revenue impact.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other Martech platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows.
- Business-oriented mindset—able to connect marketing efforts to sales and revenue performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to develop compelling, business-driven messaging.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), paid digital strategies, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and demand-generation strategies.
Work Hours and Benefits: This job is onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Office environment with occasional travel required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the role.
