We are searching for a performance-minded Sales & Marketing Assistant who understands marketing is both a science and an art form.

About the role : We’re looking for someone who thinks creatively and critically and can help ensure all the “i’s are dotted and all the t’s are crossed.” You’ll work closely with our sales and internal marketing team to ensure deadlines are met; data is inputted timely and correctly, and desired outcomes are achieved.

Our clients range across all sizes, industries, and geographies, but one thing remains : they are looking to Leadline to deliver results, and you’ll be a key part of that. An average day may consist of :

Finalizing proposals for our clients.
Managing Hubspot, our CRM, and ensuring it is up-to-date.
Assisting with our internal marketing efforts like trade shows, social, or whatever creative we come up with next.
Meeting with various teams across the whole agency to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Sales & Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities :

Assist the marketing department with administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain sales and marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software like HubSpot or LinkedIn.

Utilize Marketing automation software.

Assist in creating sales & marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Monitor and manage the sales process.

Study sales & marketing metrics and compile analytics reports.

Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.

Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, trade shows, and sales.

Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Sales & Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills :

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of organization and attention to detail

Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

Understanding of essential business and marketing concepts

Excellent time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to spot emerging trends and challenges as they arise

Familiarity with sales, best business practices, social media, email marketing, and search engines

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Ability to analyze data and generate insights.

Proficiency in using analytics tools and creating reports

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Education and Experience Requirements :

High school diploma or GED certificate

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred

Experience with Hubspot, G-suite, marketing automation software and Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is a plus

5 years of professional working experience

Work Hours and Benefits : This job is onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Working Conditions :

Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Office environment with occasional travel required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the role.
