Required Skills/Attributes
Scope of the project includes providing consulting services to SCE IT Solution Planning & Delivery (SP&D) Customer Service organization for managing the projects and initiatives within the new SAP ISU System and other supporting customer service applications. The services provided by the contractor will align to the major program management processes and standards set by SCE IT SP&D guidelines. Assigned consultant(s) shall work with project team for managing project schedules, deliverables, and work with SP&D team. However, based on priorities, the SCE Lead can assign the consultant(s) to perform similar services on other projects/initiatives in the portfolio.
Desired Skills/Attributes
Require deep understanding of SCE's processes in customer service systems (including SAP ISU), to assist SCE IT Project Managers to execute the planning, design, and execution of customer service projects and initiatives and related systems.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

Experience:
- SAP ISU (SAP Integrated Utility) System: 2 years (Required)
