Sales Executive (Hybrid)
Compensation : $50,000.00 / year base Commission Bonus
As a Sales Executive at LeadVision, you will play a key role in selling our lead generation services to businesses seeking to grow their sales pipeline. You will have the opportunity to sell to many different markets, including heavy machinery, home improvement, hot tubs, POS systems and more! This role combines prospecting, cold calling, consultative selling, and pipeline management to drive revenue. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers, understand their needs, and craft tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Call on prospects to sell our lead generation services, ensuring continuous lead flow and engagement with potential clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and identify their needs and pain points.
- Use a combination of pre-designed sales scripts and product knowledge to explain how our service can increase their sales pipeline and drive business growth.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, nurturing leads, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, customer interactions, and progress.
- Clearly communicate with the customer to ensure they have a transparent understanding of our service, as well as the outcomes they can expect.
- Regularly engage with existing customers to assess their ongoing needs and identify opportunities to introduce upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager. This includes metrics such as call volume, talk time, closed deals, and overall revenue generated.
