LeadVision is looking to hire a new Sales Manager to add to our growing team! LeadVision is a digital marketing firm that specializes in lead generation for niche markets. We use inbound marketing techniques to generate sales leads for many different products and services. We help businesses get in front of more potential customers, as well as helping consumers get free, comparable quotes for the products and services they are looking for. Some of our verticals include heavy machinery, bathroom remodeling, hot tubs and more!

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including revenue, call volume, closed deals, talk time, and document distribution.
  • Support sales team on client calls, working as a player-coach to drive sales team members to optimal performance.
  • Observe and evaluate sales calls, offering constructive feedback to boost individual and team performance.
  • Implement monthly sales competitions to motivate the team and drive goal achievement
  • Work with the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review progress, provide coaching, and support individual development.
  • Direct the team’s focus toward high-potential regions, industries, and accounts to optimize impact.
  • Represent LeadVision at industry-specific conferences, networking to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Service to efficiently handle escalated issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enhance market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and advertising efforts.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and onboarding of new sales members, ensuring they are prepared for success.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage and refine the sales pipeline for effective lead prioritization and timely follow-up.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and product innovations to maintain team competitiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and support a sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to coach, inspire, and support the sales team while embodying a player-coach mindset, actively leading by example and contributing to team success
  • Excellent time management, capable of prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper) for team and pipeline management.
