We are seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with strong leadership abilities, a passion for mentorship, and the ability to support and guide other therapists while maintaining their own caseload. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment and is eager to grow both their caseload and contribute to the professional development of others.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sound clinical intervention to caseload
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and treatment standards.
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions, offering guidance on case conceptualization, interventions, and treatment planning.
- Maintain a caseload of clients, delivering high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs.
- Support the professional growth and development of therapists through training, consultation, and mentorship.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely fashion
- Keep up appearance and cleanliness of office space
- Utilize scheduling agent and any additional documentation
Job Qualifications:
- Experience providing psychotherapy
- Self- starter and highly motivated to build a client caseload
- Experience supervising and leading staff
Compensation:
- Fee-for-service payment model

Work Location:
- Office Space in Little Silver, Sea Girt and Hazlet
- Remote- only if clients ask for virtual sessions
