The City of Elk River is now seeking a Cannabis Store Manager
Seeking experienced / motivated Cannabis Store Manager to assist in the launch and ongoing operations of our new cannabis retail store, manage FT / PT employees, coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, promoting sound business practices / financial success, and ensuring the legal sale of cannabis products.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and good driving record; three years' experience as a head cashier or above in a medium to large size retail operation; one year supervisory experience; and a Ganjier Product Specialist certification, or similar, or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Must also pass a criminal history background investigation and psychological examination. Preference given to candidates with a degree in business, marketing, or related field; municipal management experience; cannabis product knowledge; a Ganjier Product Specialist certification or similar.
