Small, fast-paced Las Vegas law firm seeks local Nevada licensed Associate Attorney with experience in Business Transactions. At least three years of experience is desired but recent bar takers may apply.
Candidate will have high standards, excellent attention to detail, be forward thinking, and be described as courteous, mature, and a relaxed team player. Candidate will be eager to take this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve superior results.
Work will include tasks related to corporate formation and licensing, contract preparation, collection efforts, and some estate planning and litigation.
