Leaning Tree Landscapes is looking to hire 1 or 2 Landscape Mangers. The ideal Candidate would have 2 years of experience, have ability and confidence to lead a 2 or 3 person crew, have plant identification knowledge, pest identification, ability to communicate well with others and clients, have a valid drivers licence, good work ethic, ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
Willing to train the right canidate, and utilizing the skills that you bring. A Landscape Manager would, report to their supervisor, assist in schduleing and logistics, operate a truck and trailer, keep their team supplied with proper tools, fertilizer and prioritize the tasks for the day.
Landscape Manager would need to arrive earlier than their crew, particiapte in training, management meetings and, when qualified, assist in training and quality control. Ensuring that they and their team stay engauged with their work, complete tasks in a timely manner and communicate effetively with clients and supervisor.
Starting Seasonally, the right Canidate can qualify for a salary position. After propationary period, Landscape Managers can qualify for Health Saving Account, Cash Bonuses, Ski Pass, 401K, Paid Vacation, and fexible schedule.
Depending on Experience, Qualifications, Ability to work with others Landscape Managers can expect to make $25-$35/hr. Monday-Friday. Some Saturday/Sundays.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
