Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in daily activities.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing care plans tailored to their needs.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition or behavior.
- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Promote resident rights and advocate for the needs of clients within the home care setting.
- Engage clients in social activities that enhance their quality of life and promote community integration.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE!

- THIS IS A FILL IN ONLY POSITION!
- Experience working in group homes or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and resident rights.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent observation skills for monitoring client health and behavior changes.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing client well-being.
- Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
