What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Leap Behavior Therapy, LLC?
Leap Behavior Therapy was born out of the desire to make sure children and their families experienced the promise of ABA therapy. At Leap, our families are not a number, and we are passionate about providing excellent, individualized care that makes a large impact on the lives of others.
For our learners: Our approach is assent responsive, compassionate, and comprehensive. We believe our learners should WANT to learn, and we work hard to create an environment where they are motivated to remain engaged with therapy, even when it’s hard! Communication, emotional/impulse regulation, and independence are our core areas of focus. We work tirelessly to build and maintain trust and consistency with our learners.
For our team members: We value growth, collaboration, and resilience. We are a very small, BCBA owned and operated practice and have no ambitions of becoming a “big box” ABA provider. People who thrive here understand what it means to work in a small company and are motivated to grow with it. Everyone here plays an essential role and helps to mold and shape company culture, processes, and practices. Strong communication, flexibility, and embracing mistakes/growing from them, are central to success.
