Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plans in alignment with the Board of Directors.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations across the fitness, massage, and waxing sectors, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical business environment.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, key stakeholders, and partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a President, COO, CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the health and wellness industry, preferably in the fitness, massage, or waxing sectors.
- Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
