The Vice President of Operations will lead and optimize operational performance across locations—both franchise and company-owned. This executive will drive operational excellence, ensure brand consistency, and support sustainable growth through process improvements, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance across company-owned and franchised units.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and continuously improved.
- Establish KPIs for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Franchise & Corporate Unit Oversight:
- Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with franchise development and support teams to drive franchisee success.
- Lead the corporate operations team, ensuring profitability and efficiency in company-owned locations.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Work with finance and franchise support teams to maximize unit-level economics.
- Drive performance metrics across all locations to ensure business objectives are met.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration between franchise and corporate teams.
Growth & Expansion:
- Partner with the franchise development team to support new unit openings and market expansion.
- Lead operational integration efforts for acquisitions or new company-owned locations.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance operational strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of multi-unit operations experience, preferably in a franchise or retail/service environment.
- Proven track record in managing both corporate and franchise operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit franchise and company-owned locations.
Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
