Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the franchise development strategy
- Oversee the Franchise Development Manager and Lead Qualifier
- Manage the full franchise sales process from lead to close
- Ensure consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with executive leadership to hit growth targets
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting
- Proven experience in franchise development
- Experience with technology and CRM systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to manage a team and scale systems
- $6,000/month base
- Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance
- Opportunity to earn $150,000 annually based on results
