We are seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing revenue processes and strategies. In this role, you will collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive efficiency, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance overall revenue performance. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making by identifying trends, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative solutions to fuel revenue growth. AS A REVENUE OPERATIONS ANALYST, YOU WILL :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain analytics and reporting programs, providing proactive and strategic analysis of key revenue-related data sets.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators and project managers to create and refine Salesforce reports for accounts, opportunities, leads, and contacts while recommending additional data points to enhance insights.
  • Act as the Revenue team's lead on documentation projects, ensuring processes and workflows are clearly documented and easily accessible.
  • Assist the Lead Generation team in designing, implementing, and tracking monthly campaigns targeting key verticals to generate additional leads for Leap Event Technology products and services.
  • Research, identify, and support the implementation of sales enablement tools and technologies that enhance the effectiveness of the Revenue department.
  • Partner with the Revenue Leadership team to provide strategic insights on product usage, account health, and feature adoption, empowering salespeople and account managers with actionable data.
  • Create and deliver reports for leadership, including win / loss analysis, pipeline updates, renewal statuses, and progress toward sales goals.
  • Develop and present dashboards using Tableau or similar business visualization tools to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives aimed at ensuring product profitability and identifying cost-saving opportunities across revenue operations.
  • Assist the Revenue Leadership team with project management tasks and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary owner of various RevOps enablement tools, including Salesforce, business visualization platforms, commission tracking software, and contract management software, while staying informed about industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in revenue processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues within Salesforce and other CRM tools to maintain accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce, CRM systems, and business visualization tools like Tableau to enhance team efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide revenue growth strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Department's objectives and initiatives.

  • OFFICE INFORMATION :

    Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montral (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!

    If you don't live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

    Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.

  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (willing to accept equivalent experience and intention to pass exam within 90 days)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced skills in pivot tables, data modeling, and formula creation; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of the live event industry and familiarity with Leap Event Technology's products and services is highly preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to foresee and resolve operational issues before they occur.
  • Proven ability to manage and adapt to multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive self-starter who can take projects from concept to implementation with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving data integrity issues within CRM or reporting systems.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, sales enablement, and strategic reporting for leadership teams is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently from diverse environments, with occasional travel as needed.
