Who is the Account Executive, Business Development?
The Business Development Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving growth results by securing new clients for our digital marketing agency. This is a position with real opportunities for advancement through meeting and exceeding expectations.
This role focuses on building partnerships with businesses in key industries, including industrial and manufacturing (B2B), regional banking and credit unions, non-profit organizations, and local / regional healthcare providers such as physicians, physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, dermatologists, and dentists.
In this role, you can expect to :
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the targeted industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and leveraging industry insights. Leap does a have existing lead generation resources that will provide additional support for pipeline development.
- Understand the unique digital marketing needs of each industry and present tailored solutions that demonstrate our agency's value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are aligned with our service offerings and capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to position our agency as a trusted partner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
