Account Managers are people-people, responsible for the relationships between the agency and its clients. This means understanding the clients" business to be able to manage their needs and expectations AND understanding the agencies offerings to be able to shepherd internal resources.
The Associate Account Manager acts as a key layer for the account team, managing administrative and operational tasks on projects to maintain momentum.
