Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Compliance Assistant is responsible for helping ensure that compliance operations are executed and recorded.
Here’s the qualities we’re looking for and what you would do : :
- You’ll familiarize yourself with industry terminology and stay abreast of changes in trends (e.g., UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FTC, CFPB, etc.)
- You’re tactful and professional.
- You want to learn and help.
- You like to help improve processes.
- You can laugh at yourself and keep a chipper disposition.
- You’ll monitor the intake of, and schedule review / approval process for new and existing partnerships, including file management and routine compliance review.
- You’ll help track external requests related to consumer requests and manage responses.
- You like finding areas of improvement and making suggestions when things could read better or be more clear, especially with marketing materials.
- You’ll assist in reviewing, tracking, and providing comment(s) on partner materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Expected pay range : $65,000 - $75,000
