PRODUCTION MANAGER – 1st SHIFT
El PASO, TEXAS- EL PASO PLANT
As a member of the El Paso Plant team, the Production Manager will be responsible for production molding and ICB Assembly lines.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure final product is produced efficiently, on time and the correct level of quality.
- Lead production resources and managing planning for production areas.
- Ensure daily production meet demand planned to avoid back orders.
- Maintain a good control of workshop material inventory.
- Lead in a daily matter accountability meeting with all the service departments.
- Lead together with Supervisors scrap reduction projects.
- Maintain machine efficiency to produce within cost standard.
- Maintains continuous improvement by developing processes and process improvements (reducing quality defects, costs, and cycle times) within each manufacturing team.
- Ensure safety rules are follow up to avoid LTI’s.
- Follow systems for TS16949 and ISO14001REQUIREMENTS
- Together with HR department create programs that help to reduce turn-over and absenteeism.
- Ensured that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets

Your Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications):
- BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive industry
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
