Job Description & Skill Requirement:
6 yrs experience in Automotive Functional Safety
Prepared Design document, BOM, Test plans, Component Selection and Cost Optimization (VAVE).
Functional Safety Analysis (FuSA) using ISO26262 std performing DFMEA, FMEDA, DFA, FTA (Tool- Ansys Medini& MS Excel).
Analysis of WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis) using Mathcad and MS Excel.
High level block diagram, Schematic capture, BOM), PCB Layout design & guidelines
Involved in Hardware Design, Testing & Development (End-End Product Development)
Having good hands on exp in
Hardware Software interface specification [HSIS]
Hardware Safety life cycle activities [ISO26262-Part5]
Hardware safety requirements specification
Hardware Architectural Definition and Safety Analysis
Hardware module design and work product creation
Evaluation of hardware architectural metrics [FIT]
Hardware safety analyses [FMEDA, DFMEA]
Hardware circuit analysis and design recommendations
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
