Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Bohemia, NY 11716
Quality Engineering support for manufacturing of Aerospace Lighting Systems.
NCR, Corrective Action, MRB experience required. Works independently, computer literate
Develops corrective and / or preventive actions for systemic processes and design problems
Manages supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape
management, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material and supporting
internal QMR processes
Reviews process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements,
objectives, and/or contracts
ZDPs include the use of RRCA, PPAP Tools, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Statistical
Process Control
Responsible for quality problem resolution, processing and closure of corrective actions.
Root cause and corrective action (8D) experience
Support quality system, product, or technical process audits
Salary : $85,000
