Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care to students, supporting their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
- Facilitate engaging activities and creative play, both inside the classroom and on our vibrant playgrounds.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment that aligns with the core principles of Learning Star Preschool.
- Work closely with the Lead Teacher and Teacher's Aides to create a positive, cohesive teaching experience.

Qualifications:
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in early childhood education, working 25 hours per week.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, and children.
- Emotional maturity, reliability, and dependability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, working with a Lead Teacher and Teacher's Aides.
- Commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability: Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week.
- Background Check: Clear background check required.
