Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care to students, supporting their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
• Facilitate engaging activities and creative play, both inside the classroom and on our vibrant playgrounds.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment that aligns with the core principles of Learning Star Preschool.
• Work closely with the Lead Teacher and Teacher's Aides to create a positive, cohesive teaching experience.

Qualifications:

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in early childhood education, working 25 hours per week.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, and children.
• Emotional maturity, reliability, and dependability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, working with a Lead Teacher and Teacher's Aides.
• Commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability: Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week.
• Background Check: Clear background check required.
