Currently, our team is expanding and continues to recruit the strongest teachers, consultants, college planners, after-school tutors, and language training teachers in the industry!

```Duties:```

1. Conduct work summary every day, complete work daily report, summarize weekly summary every Friday and upload to concept work log before 17:30.

2. Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students & Complete various tasks assigned by lead teachers

3.Assist students schedule monthly planning appointments with the counselor, coordinate and confirm college counselor schedules,

4 Provide relevant support for the consulting/marketing department.

5.Plan and complete student’s academic supervision reports, and counseling reports.

6.Respond promptly and quickly to questions from parents and students. If the question cannot be answered, remind the counsellor to plan a response.

7.Provide assistance to students with special needs, ensuring they receive appropriate support and accommodations

8.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher and parents/guardians

9. 40 hours/week, working schedule and time is flexible & adjusted, two days off per week.

```Requirements:```

-Education: Bachelor’s degree from one of the top universities in the United States

or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in education or related field is a plus

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Capable of assisting the instructor in recording, summarizing key points, and generating reports in time

Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development principles

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team

-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students

- Basic understanding of literacy education principles

Language: Chinese and English bilingual

Priority: Education majors are preferred!

Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is a big plus.

Office Location: Irvine / Diamond Bar / Arcadia / San Marino / PV

Salary: 2500$-4000$/month Bonus(KPI)

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements. The Education Assistant may be required to perform additional tasks as needed to support the educational program. Our company will provide professional training and practical coaching before taking up the job.
