Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Oversee budgeting activities, tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Experience with payroll systems and budgeting processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in medical office management is desirable but not required.
